For two complete lands, “Paseo Paramount” and “Adventure City”, which include the front gate, attractions, theatres, restaurants, retail shops, and a hotel completely integrated into both lands:
Personally designing and drawing all plans, sections, and rendered elevations of all buildings and facades;
Researching and assembling all historical references and imagery; and
Supervising artists and renderers for perspectives (POVs) and renderings.
